I have a special friendship
That has done me so much good.
I didn't know one person
Could mean this much or would.
She showed me rest in silence
And my identity
Words to my emotions
And spontaneity
Feet grew on my dreams
Of singing on a stage
Of dancing all night long
And breakin' out [of] my cage!
Without her, life is dull.
I get bored easily.
I'm glad we'll be together
In this sweet family!
